Someone today reminded me about Italians and their love affair with food! It’s almost a given for most Italian families. I’ve heard of a few who didn’t have that growing up and I always felt sorry for them. For me, that was the best part of growing up in an Italian family. It’s hard to describe growing up in an Italian family to those not reared by Italians: The flying arms, the loud voices, the cries of Mangia, Mangia! The grandparents lived with us. They were part of the family and the shouts and cooking. We did have milk deliveries but we had Italian stores, like DeVitis and Sons, to buy our olive oils, vinegar, tomato paste, salamis, pepperoni, cheeses. The smells in those stores cannot be described. Walking through those doors, the smells made you take a big deep, deep breath, put a smile on your face and a song in your heart because you knew you were going to get some amazing things to take home and cook except for the pickles in the big barrel. Peeps. That’s the shortened word for people. Are we dehumanizing our friends here using the word “peeps”? Isn’t that the word that was used to describe what the little chicks say when they are born and learning to walk around the farmyard? Or the word for the ubiquitous yellow candies we buy at Easter that are pretty much indestructible these days? When you meet them in person, do they look like a peep? They might be a pip in personality! But a peep? Are peeps truly that different from our in person friends? Does everything have to be abbreviated? Do we really need to distinguish a difference between our online friends and in person friends? And does it change our perception of our friends in the internet web world every so slightly? To continue this series, I’m sharing instruments information used in the testing. I can’t explain how the healing works but I can show you how they determine the changes possibly. I believe this will give energy medicine more credibility. Another practitioner shared a PDF paper, Art, Science and Spirit of Electro Photon Imaging, that is dealing with energography and bioelectrography. This is incorporating mental and spiritual measurements along with the physical, a way to address the whole person in energy medicine. In my earlier blogs on the scientific results done with Reconnective Healing, I talked about the studies done on plants and then I began to list some studies done on humans. Today I’m sharing a study done in Russia. I verified this information with additional research and used much of the information I found on this from Doug De Vito who was an instructor with the Reconnection and is the author of new book coming out soon by Hay House called The Upgrade. They tell us this story at the training seminars. Reconnective Healing was being taught to a team of Russian doctors, therapists, researchers and the Olympic athletes. The results were astonishing. They designed the study to give the test subjects 5 hours of teaching and interaction with the frequencies over 2 days. Due to lack of time this last week, I couldn’t do the research for my blog series on scientific experiments conducted on Reconnective Healing. Yet life has a way of bringing things to your attention. Are you aware how often we judge? We hear an opinions about ourselves from another. If we do nothing, just listen to the opinion and go about our life, we are not judging. However, if we evaluate it in any way, we are judging. Mostly we are judging whether it’s true or not and depending on what was said, we either feel great or we feel awful. And sometimes we even get angry if we really don’t like what was said and can’t stand the thought that we are whatever was said. That is a lot of negative emotions. read...

I had the opportunity to talk about Reconnective Healing to a networking group. Due to this fact, I did some research into the effects of Reconnective Healing. One of the things that drew me to Reconnective Healing was the fact that scientists were brought in from the beginning to study this modality to determine what was happening. Remember I came from a left brain world. I love that research opportunities were utilized. Even though I’ve always had an interest in spiritual things, I still liked having some confirmations that it could be very real.
