Clothing: Dress comfortably. You will be fully clothed, shoes off, resting face-up on a padded massage table. (Please inform me if you have difficulty relaxing on your back and I will accommodate you as best as possible with an alternate arrangement.)
Scents, Fragrances, and Aromas: Various scents, fragrances, and aromas often appear during your sessions. Please arrive as free of externally added fragrances as possible.Again, the best state of mind is an open state. Come knowing that the best will come forward for you. Expect to be surprised and delighted. You will receive what is most appropriate for you.
Optimal State of Mind: Simply close your eyes and let go. Become the observer and the observed. The witness. Notice. Notice when you notice something. Notice when you notice something again. Allow yourself to experience expectancy without expectation. The healing that’s most appropriate for you is the one you will receive.
